"The pool was closed which was disappointing and no prior information on the website. Also, they said complementary breakfast and they didn’t have anything. Plus it was loaded with homeless people and people on drugs. I was very scared of the location, there was no security. At night i kept seeing lights flash our room and people talking but we were the last room on the floor. Also, some homeless person was showering in the bathroom bu the lobby, made it seem like just anyone off the street can...

"It is a hotel surrounded by homeless camps where they urinate and defacate on the sidewalks. Very scary city, downtown Portland. This is allowed behavior. I almost stepped in human feces. Filthy city. No police presence, except for government buildings and high end retail stores. "
