Enjoy life as a Villager as you jump in your golf cart and visit the many squares where there is nightly entertainment, numerous restaurants, and shops. Additionally, you can go to Edna's On the Green for live music under the oak trees while watching or playing the pitch-and-putt golf course. There are so many amenities in The Villages: pools, golf courses, pickleball and restaurants. You won't be bored here! Citrus Grove Veranda's. The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.) This is a PET FRIENDLY HOME. Max of 2 dogs. No Cats. Pet fee is $150 Per Pet Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking. The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. But other then those items everything else was very clean. Well stocked kitchen with average items but there was no pizza pan. Fenced yard was great for our little Pebbles but does have holes in some areas that she could get out if she wanted (could live without the nightly toad lol). Very quite and great neighbors too!
