As someone who travels frequently for work, the checkout experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was curt and confrontational about their cash-only policy for extras under 50 euros. "The hotel is the only one in the area with a swimming pool, and an infra sauna, which I appreciate very much. Location in a beautiful area. Service super, breakfasts excellent. Overall a very friendly hotel, we were here for the third time. "

"Sehr gutes neues Zimmer gehabt. Ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlten z.B. ein Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine, war für uns ok so. Spa wurde kürzlich fertiggestellt und ist klein aber fein. Konnten gut entspannen. Frühstück war ok, hatten aber auch schon eine grössere Auswahl. Abendessen gut und abwechslungsreich. "
