Oberau: Beautiful farmhouse "Bergpanorama", 3 storeys. In the district of Roggenboden 3.5 km from the centre of Oberau, 10 km from the centre of Wörgl, 26 km from the centre of Kufstein, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis. Steep motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, grocery 3.5 km, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 1 km, railway station "Wörgl" 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, ski lift 1 km, gondola lift 5.5 km, ski rental 4.5 km, ski bus stop 1 km, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km, cross country ski track 1 km, ice rink 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: SkiJuwel Alpbachtal - Wildschönau 5.5 km, Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental 16 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Achensee.
