« We had a good stay. There was a mattress problem and the host fixed the issue very quickly. The place was clean. A few quirks were when in the basement, you can hear every footstep above and when you turn on the water faucet in the main bathroom is wildly loud in the adjacent bedroom. The bathroom sink was hard to use if someone was sleeping. Overall good stay but maybe not good if you are a light sleeper. »

« Stop! Quit searching for places to stay in Beatrice. This is the place to stay. This place was everything described and more. My dad,brother and myself stayed here for a couple days and couldn't have been more happy about our stay. Everything was flawless from the get go. Ms. Margie and Mr. Gary are first class folks with a wealth of knowledge of everything Beatrice. Mr. Gary is quite the story teller and will have you rolling. « We are a retired couple and stayed at this property for 3 months. The house is well laid out and spacious. The south facing deck offers great views while providing shade for the patio below. The yard is well maintained and a gate to the common space provides a huge space for kids to roam. Communication with the landlord was easy and excellent. We highly recommend this place! »

Yes, this hotel is a little older but the room was large with a pillow topped mattress, there will nice little sitting areas throughout the hotel and a very nice pool.
