I could’ve been in house 20 or 22\. No I was in 42 on crutches or in my wheelchair and on gravel, that’s pretty darn hard. The window fell out on me the first night we were there. The whole window was not sealed in the actual house it actually fell out on top of me and had to push it back in and we had a push chairs up against the window to hold it in for the night. They were the only two problems that we had and the first one being pretty big. I think if I were to stay there again, I would insist either to be put upfront or book somewhere else. Also, supply some towels, some salt and pepper. Anything would be a plus because for us to fly 24 hours to get there and then I have to go out and go shopping for towels was ridiculous. There are ways of doing it inexpensively such as having laundry on the premises, which there is none a big inconvenience. The staff is lovely though I have to say they are lovely. I would love to live in one of those houses and work for you guys and just help maintain it they’re cute little houses And it’s a great area. ##### Janet Marie L. Spinnenweben, tote Insekten hinter den Vorhängen und der Schiebetür und der Esstisch war nicht abgewischt.Sehr ärgerlich war, dass die Unterkunft mit Sonnenliegen angeboten wird (sogar in der App auf den Fotos "Meine Unterkunft"), aber keine Sonnenliegen vorhanden waren. Eine Nachfrage bei der Rezeption wurde abgelehnt, da "nun mal bei dem Haus keine Liegen sind" und Liegen von einem anderen, leeren Haus können nicht umgesetzt werden. Beim Checkin teilte man uns mit das für uns kein Ferienhaus, welches wir gebucht und das per Bestätigungsmail bestätigt wurde, frei ist. Nach dem Kontakt mit der Hotline von Belvilla teilte man uns mit das die Buchung nicht zu finden ist, die Hotline uns aber eine Alternative suchen und sich wieder melden wird. So standen wir in Nordholland und warteten auf einen Rückruf. 30 Minuten später riefen wir erneut bei der Hotline an, Antwort: ja sie sind dran und melden sich gleich. Weitere 120 Minuten später brachen wir den Urlaub ab und fuhren sehr enttäuscht 270km nach Hause zurück. Wir haben also an dem Tag Benzin für 540km verbraucht, für nicht als Ärger. Jetzt kommt noch ein Hammer, am 2.10\. kam die Mail das die Buchungsnummer nicht zu finden ist und wir uns an das Reisebüro wenden sollen, 3 Tage später. Wir hätten also 3 Tage im Auto sitzen und auf die Mail warten sollen, das ist eine absolute Frechheit. Einen solchen Umgang mit Kunden ist mir noch nicht Untergekommen, ich bezeichne den Kundenservice als saumäßig den wir auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen werden, ganz im Gegenteil. Sauber, gut eingerichtet, gute Betten. Einschränkung: liegt in einem rwgelrechten Biotop.Keine Fliegenfenster verbaut. Viele Spinnen und Insekten. Da wird am falschem Ende gespart ohne Fliegenfenster. Die Fenster wären ein absolutes Muss. ##### Petra H.
