you could not reach the hotel by phone + my hotelroom was on the 6th floor but the elevator did not work till the 4th floor + the water in the hotelroom did not have any pressure in the morning, making showering very difficult + there is not breakfast room, you need to eat external

No WiFi in the room or designated area, as advertised. The weather was very hot. The owner/manager would not provide a fan. The owner/manager did not provide information about parking or after-hours admittance until asked. The hotel would not respond to emails. As such, we mistakenly made reservations through Expedia. Do not stay at this hotel.

Hotelzustand ist sehr schlecht: viel kaputtt (zT Fahrstuhl, Lampen im Zimmer), Personal kaum vorhanden (zT kein Room service), Rezeption inkompetent und sehr unfreundlnich Sogar als für 2 von 3 Tagen das Warmwasser lomplett ausfiel (!!), gab es keinerlei Erklärung, Entschuldigung oder Refund Insgesamt daher : Ganz schlechtes Hotel! Vermeiden!!

schön eingerichtetes Hotel, gute Lage in der Stadt - Es war extrem warm im Zimmer, die Klimaanlage war kaputt und es war vor allem nachmittags deutlich wärmer im Zimmer als draußen. Der Ventilator hat da wenig geholfen. Der eine Knopf von der Toilettenspülung war kaputt.

Ein Trüffelalbtraum!!!

Die Wände sind angeschimmelt gewesen. So wie auch im Badbereich unter dem Spülbecken Schimmel entstanden ist. Im Schlafbereich war es sehr staubig und an der Heizung ist die rechte Fensterbank Seite kaputt gewesen. Es gab keine Vorhänge. Am Schreibtisch in der Schublade war ein Stück gegessene Schokolade, hier haben die Reinigungskräfte wohl das Zimmer nicht einwandfrei gereinigt. Es war sehr unhygienisch. Die Dusche war nur kalt eingestellt und es hab’s kein warmes Wasser, worum auch nicht gekümmert worden ist. Würde ich aufjedenfall nicht weiterempfehlen!!!

Ich kann das Zimmer nicht empfehlen. Fehlende Beleuchtung, Duschwasser lauwarm und staubig. Zusätzlich quietschte das Bett und im Flur lag ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch in der Luft. Das macht die Lage auch nicht wett.

Eine schöne Zeit

Das Hotel liegt perfekt um Wiesbaden zu Fuß zu erkunden. Von der Dame am Empfang wird man herzlich begrüßt und hilft mit Rat und Tat. Ein schönes Hotel und komme gerne wieder. Frühstück kann man direkt um die Ecke bekommen.

ホテルのフロントは朝7時ごろから21時ごろまでで24時間常駐の社員はいません。深夜やその他の時間は誰もいません。朝食もありません。 セ－フテイボックスが壊れていましたし、部屋でのwifiも修理中でしたがどれも復旧に時間が掛かると言われました。 常駐の従業員が24時間居ないのでホテルの設備の不備をすぐに直す事が出来ません。

Nettes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage, Zimmer sind gut schallisoliert, sauber und gut ausgestattet, Empfang ist freundlich jedoch fast etwas zu locker, Checkout bis 12 Uhr hat mir sehr gut gefallen, Sauna leider nur gegen Aufpreis, leider konnte man sich über den SmartTV nicht ins eigene PayTV einwählen weil der Fernseher nicht mit dem Internet verbunden war.
