"The water went out around 4pm on Saturday and I couldn't get ahold of the host. I sent 3 messages before I heard back at 9am. We had to melt snow all evening to have water for the toilet. "My stay at this cottage was fantastic from the time I booked until my departure. My Host was fabulous; communication was outstanding and really went out of her way to offer directions/suggestions. And considering my booking was in January, during lake effort snow, she even scooped off the sideway to make it easier to me to move. Very much appreciated.The cottage was extremely clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. The host included special surprises, like a great coffee bar, a smore station and if you forgot your toothbrush--not problem that was in the bathroom too. Keyless access was great! A washer/dryer unit was extremely useful. The fenced in back yard would be great for kids to run around in, while grilling.This will be my go-to for future visits."
