This charming castle-like home is full of character. This 1930's home has many original features with modern updates. Located in the center of desirable Riverside neighborhood, close to everything making it easy to plan your visit. The river, parks, and frisbee golf are just steps away. Local dining and coffee is available within walking distance in the neighborhood. The space!! This home has charming features such as all original hardwood floors, curved walls, original hardware on doors, and more! This home is cozy and unique. The main floor includes; living room (with sofa bed), dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom with a full size bed. On the second level (8 steps up) There is a single bedroom that includes a Queen size bed! From the main floor towards the back of the house (down a few steps) there is a door to the fully fenced back yard as well as a entry way to an additional recreational room with the washer and dryer! Host had ok communication, but NOT my idea of a relaxing trip. 1st item- forgot to give me the door code even after checkin time. After reaching out, she reaponded an hour later with the code and she unlocked the door for my husband from her phone. 2nd item- we went to a concert and didnt arrive back until 11 pm and the fire alarm batteries were dead and it kept beeping. She wanted to send a handy man over at 11pm. Lastly, probably the worst of all, when my husband and son went to get stuff out the car and their were people on the alley next to the house, up to no good. My son comes back to the door, yelling lets go, hurry up. The host responded that there is only 3 feet next to each side of the house and her camera didn't see it. I responded, but you can see my son screaming on the camera. Long night with a drive to a hotel. Unhappy that we waisted money. ##### Staci H.
