A verified traveller stayed at Daydream Island Resort
"Setting is fabulous, outlook fantastic, food incredible. All restaurant venues quality of food was excellent.
Majority of staff were excellent, (Atama a standout).
Staff need senior management in all areas as some staff were standing around talking more than serving. (Especially at the main pool area). This is not the young kids fault but lack of investment by upper management to supply and enforce high hospitality standards"
A verified traveller stayed at InterContinental Hayman Island Resort, an IHG Hotel
"Excellent location with direct access to the beach and only a couple minutes walk down to the marina. Staff are wonderful and accommodating. Lots of included little perks such as free on-demand transfers to/from anywhere on the island and breakfast/food can be delivered to the room at no additional charge.
Main pool is heated, which was a fantastic treat being we came in low season when thble ocean was just a tad cool.
All up would definitely recommend and return in a heartbeat."
