"The property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. "Very good hotel, less than a minute's walk from the beach. Could not fault the hotel's welcome and their breakfast was always excellent.
Two points to highlight: There are a number of stairs inside the hotel which some people may struggle with. Secondly, the hotel's car park is 'first come, first served' so once you get a bay I'd recommend you leave it there for the night. I had to go out with the car and returned late to the hotel which meant I lost my bay for that night - be aware!"

"Really enjoyable experience staying here - the house was in a perfect location, such a short walk to everything in Whitstable. The property was in excellent condition too; we were even able to use the fireplace one night which was lovely. The kitchen was decently stocked as well with coffee and tea, and there was even a fresh container of milk on the fridge for us! Really delightful"
