Head through the ranch slider to the patio area. Covered, with outdoor seating and a BBQ, this is the perfect spot to gather regardless of the weather!

Down the hallway, you’ll find three bedrooms which sleep up to six guests. Two queens and two singles mean this is incredibly practical for families and groups. This home is complimented by a full-sized family bathroom and a separate laundry with an additional toilet.

Situated on a fully fenced suburban section, there’s plenty of room for the kids to run around as well as secure off-street parking.

Location is everything here. You’re right across the road from the shores of Buffalo Beach – Whitianga’s main swimming beach! Just north of the town centre, an array of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars are just a three-minute drive away.
