"Very nice facility with clean rooms and a great bar/grill/pub attached. One drawback was it was quite noisy with multiple guests having multiple dogs. You could hear the running and playing in the room above us which is kind of expected in a facility of this age with wooden floors. This will not keep us from staying here again on our next visit to Maggie Valley."

"A Charming and Pleasant Stay! I had a very pleasant stay at this inn! Although the rooms are a little outdated, the property itself has so much charm and character. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even better. One of my favorite features was the beautiful creek behind the property, along with a lovely porch and a little swing chair where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Such a charming touch! The rooms were very clean and comfortable overall, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The beds were a bit squeaky and could use replacing, although it didn’t bother me much since I was exhausted and fell asleep right away. The TVs could also use an upgrade to modern smart TVs that allow guests to access their streaming apps. The coffee maker was my only real disappointment. It was quite dusty on top, almost as if it hadn’t been used or cleaned in a long time. I also couldn’t figure out how to get it to work, so I ended up heating water in the microwave to make my coffee. Replacing the coffee makers would definitely be a worthwhile improvement. Despite these minor inconveniences, I truly enjoyed my stay. The charm of the property, the peaceful creekside setting, the cleanliness, and the wonderful hospitality more than made up for the outdated amenities. Overall, a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend this inn to anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful, and charming place to sta"

"Maggie’s Song was a wonderful retreat!! Communication was great!The host was very responsive to messages. The cabin was clean and very well stocked. The heater in the bathroom was a nice treat on cool mornings. The bed was very comfortable and loved the pillows!! We loved the outdoor spaces-the front porch for coffee and the fire pit area in the evening. The sound of the water was so peaceful!! The water pressure, especially at the kitchen sink seemed low, but it may be the norm when you are up in the mountains. Thoroughly enjoyed our week here!!"

"A number of things are not transparent. 1) yes pets allowed but they cannot stay in trailer unaccompanied. 2) riverview trailers are on the side of the foot path that abuts a retaining wall for a road. The window view from the bedroom is a retaining wall. To see the river, you are looking across the walking path and through the sitting area of those who have the “vista” view. Pay the extra $ for the river experience and less traffic noise. 3) address is incorrect. It is 125 Amberglow . We never saw the Autocamp sign from the direction we drive in from. 4) maybe this is obvious to others, but we did not realize we would be parking quite a distance from our trailer. There are little carts to haul your things, but it is quite a distance. Having said all this, the staff could not have been more helpful in making our stay what we desired."
