Lack of cleaning/dusting in the lobby. Lift floor filthy for 3 days (not vacuumed). Room light switches were grubby. Room reeked of cannabis! Staff offered to spray it but frankly, the smell would not have gone away. It was present for 4 days! Nice toiletries, room was made up daily, fresh water supplied & towels changed.

The property was excellent. We booked a double queen room, however, upon entering Room 802 we discovered that the two beds touched each other. This made it very difficult to get in and out of the beds for at least two of us. Needless to say, at least two of us could not sleep very well, leaving a very uncomfortable time for all.
