« Spacious and well laid out accommodation. Well equipped and comfortable. Ground floor accommodation with great accessibility. Only negatives were that heating was way too hot and couldn’t control, showers cycled randomly from boiling hot to cold and a lot of negative instruction signs telling us what not to do or couldn’t do gave it a bit of a negative feel. »

« We had a lovely trip to West Bay and the apartment was perfect, really clean and in a great location. There were lots of nice touches like games, milk in the fridge and a bottle of wine. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment as it is a lot bigger than we thought from the images, also the bed was extremely comfortable! »

« Perfect perfect stay, warm and cosy,radiator control at your finger tips. Lovely pots and pans,comfy bed. Very quiet area. We extended 2 days for easons of food poisoning and Georgy so accommodating which was fabulous. We would stay there again with out a doubt. Decoratedfor Christmas/ New Year which was lovely. "We had a calm and peaceful stay, with two good nights of sleep. Room was pretty big. However, this hotel is a bit old fashioned with out of date rooms and style. Didn’t like at all the 6£ tax/person a day, every day, for using the pool and jaccuzzi. That’s not a cheap hotel : it should be included in the room rate. Bit stingy. And annoying."
