The living room has a flat screen TV with cable TV and a DVD player with large collection of DVDs for adults and children. The kitchen boasts a beautiful design with granite countertops, central island, glass cook top stove, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel French door refrigerator and water cooler for hot water or ice cold filtered water on demand. Take a seat at the center kitchen island or 6 seater breakfast nook table and engage in lively conversation as dinner is being prepared. Enjoy dinner at a beautiful mahogany dining table with plush seating for six and discuss the enjoyment of the day’s activities. The master bedroom is fit for a king and queen with its massive king size solid wood 4 poster bed. Solid wood dressers and walk in closet provide plentiful room to store your clothes and personals. Back on the main floor take a step out of the French doors and the indoor central social area spills out onto a grand terrace with plentiful outdoor furniture and ceiling fans. A beautiful 20 x 30ft infinity pool beckons you into its refreshing water as the sound of the waterfall feature washes away the cares of the day as you soak up the sun. One of two outdoor showers is situated near the pool as well as a granite countertop that can be used as an area to place your beverages as you enjoy the pool or act as a fish cleaning station with its built in sink. Continue walking down the conch shell lined boardwalk toward the beach and you are greeted by a newly custom built gazebo outfitted with electricity and lights. 4 chair hammocks invite you to sit and relax as you survey the beautiful Caribbean water lapping gently only feet away. 4 other hammocks adorn the properties near the oceanside if your desire is to be gently swayed by the wind between two island palms. The natural beauty of the protected beach lies both in its seclusion and in the clear calmness of the waters. You may spend an entire week on the beach and not see another person! Even young children can safely enjoy their time in the water as the protection of the beach allows for small gentle waves. The off shore waters are of good snorkeling quality. One may see large conch shells and starfish, and if you choose to snorkel farther down at Three Mary's Cays you can see tropical colored fish swimming near the small patches of coral or even an occasional stingray! The powder white sands of Pumpkin Bluff Beach silently invite you to meander down the beach as you watch the sunset; hues of golden, orange and pink sinking into the Caribbean waters. If you are seeking a bit more adventure there are numerous places on the island to visit. Be sure to check out the stunning Three Mary's visible from the house, Mudjin Harbor, Ready Money Gardens, Wades Green Plantation, Conch Bar Caves, Indian Cave, ponds known for common flamingo flock gatherings (Flamingo Pond Overlook, Pumpkin Bluff Pond, Mud Hole Pond, and Mangrove Pond), Crossing Place Trail, Haulover Plantation etc... A number of small cafes and restaurants can be found on North and Middle Caicos. North and Middle Caicos tends to see quite a few day trip visitors, so most restaurants are open for lunch Monday through Saturday. Overnight guests may find the dining options to be a bit more limited. We advise making reservations for such times. Most establishments on North and Middle Caicos are closed on Sunday. The host and concierge service were wonderful and very responsive. They provided sufficient information to make preparation for our trip less stressful. There were 11 in our group and everyone was comfortable in their rooms. This is a beautiful place to vacation if you like seclusion. The house itself is fantastic — spacious, comfortable, and perfectly set up for families, with a great pool for when you want a break from the sun and sand.The beach is the real star. It felt like we had two miles of private shoreline all to ourselves, with the most luxurious, powder‑soft sand and gentle, shallow water that was perfect for the kids. The shades of blue and turquoise water were absolutely breathtaking, the kind you usually only see in postcards.The kayaks and paddleboards were such a bonus and made exploring the calm water even more fun. Every day felt peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully simple — exactly what a beach vacation should be.Big D was also a highlight. He’s fantastic for fishing and snorkeling excursions — knowledgeable, entertaining, and eager to take you to great spots.We also highly recommend a day trip to Middle Caicos. We spotted flamingos right from the road, Bambarra Beach was perfect for the kids and full of sea turtles, and Mudjin Harbor was absolutely stunning with an excellent restaurant and breathtaking views.One small note: in the evenings, when the air gets still, no‑see‑ums and mosquitos come out. We usually spent that time relaxing inside the house.Dave and his crew were fantastic and responsive!We can’t recommend this home enough and would return in a heartbeat! ##### David K. It was like having our own secluded piece of paradise. The beach and water were absolutely beautiful. The house was great and very clean. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. Transportation from the airport to the ferry was easy. Delano took us the grocery store to grab our essentials.The ferry ride to the house was about 15 minutes and John was waiting for us with our rental car. We cooked in several nights but we did eat out a couple of times. Places we ate: My Dee’s (very close to the house), Barracuda Bar (very close as well), and Miss B’s. We were able to explore Middle Caicos and went to Mudjin Bay… worth the 25-30 minute drive. The restaurant there was great and the views were spectacular. We ate ice cream at Parrotice which was right down the road. Yum! Everyone we met was so very kind and helpful. We would love to go back. The house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space to relax and unwind. The beach was very private with soft sand and blue water. The pool was clean and perfect for us! The host, Dave, was very kind and accommodating. He sent us a lot of valuable information prior to our arrival and even checked in with us to make sure we arrived back home safely. We made so many wonderful memories there that will last a lifetime! The house was beautiful right on the beach, and the pool was wonderful looking out over the water. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the house and things for guests to use. We loved sitting on the back deck every morning and night and just relaxing. The beach and water were beautiful. It is very private and peaceful. Definitely rent a car so you can explore North and Middle Caicos. The food at all the restaurants is amazing, especially if you like seafood. The owner and house manager were very responsive. If you want your own little slice of paradise, this is the place. Checking out was easy. The ferry ride is also nice to get from Provo to North. The island is quiet and peaceful! The house was unbelievable. We had the whole beach to ourselves for a week. We ordered jet skis for one day and the staff helped organize so they were brought right to our beach. I cannot thank the staff enough for being available for us S well as organizing excursions. The pictures do not do the house justice. It was breathtaking, well kept, and everything one could want for a spectacular 50th birthday. I will be coming back with my family again. The location is one of a kind, but the house makes it all worth it. I still can’t believe the experience we had for that one week. Prices are high because of having to import food, liquor etc. The owner was good to work with. Information on N. The beach area was beautiful and our family enjoyed swimming snorkeling kayaking and relaxing in the hammocks. The pool was amazing. The road to get to the house was challenging and rugged. We didn’t find many selections of restaurants close by on the island. We did enjoy Barracuda on the Beach at the Pelican “Resort”. We would not recommend Chef Ben - he seemed unorganized and overpriced. It did not compare with Private Chef dinners at other islands. ##### Kathy M. Séjour de 5 nuits en juin 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Tim W. 15 juin 2025 Upon arrival, We were unable to check in at the scheduled time of 4:00 PM and were told we had to wait outside until 4:45 PM. Housekeepers were still working on the house. After a long travel day, this was a bit of an inconvenience. Especially with two babies. - The water supply was inconsistent throughout our time at the property, making it difficult to shower and use the bathrooms as needed. Lost water 5 times during the week. Sometimes, up to a couple hours before pump was reset. Probably the biggest inconvenience. - We also encountered bugs in the beds, bathrooms, and kitchen cabinets, which was both unpleasant and concerning.- Additionally, the WiFi went out early in our stay and was never able to be restored, which affected both our ability to work remotely and stay in touch with family. Which also caused issues with baby monitors. - The ice maker in the refrigerator does not work and the freezer is not freezing properly. We spent 50 on Ice cream that all melted. - While the oven works, it makes a loud noise during the process. This was not an issue for us, but maybe something to look into. The home was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and beach. The privacy and seclusion was very nice. Unfortunately with all the other issues, we would not return to the property. ##### Tim W. Wow! No words to describe everything about this winter escape from cold northern Iowa in February! This is one of the GREATEST family trips we have taken. We the grandparents took our 2 kids, spouses and 5 grandchildren on this priceless adventure in paradise.The property is absolutely stunning and better than advertised. Awakening every morning to coffee on the patio (evenings with a glass of wine) overlooking the pool, beach and ocean was heavenly. Daily walks along one of the most beautiful beaches we have visited was a favorite.We chose this location to get away from all the crowded, busy areas most locations experience. This is a beautiful home and very well cared for. The home has every amenity you need during your stay! WOWZA the back area is a total paradise the most beautiful views. The pool is BIG and the water is warm… we all enjoyed the pool area day and night. The grandkids ages 4 to 12 said it was their favorite place to be. The sand on the beach is like powder sugar, lots of sand castles were created.Dave was responsive, knowledgeable and respectful from the moment I contacted him about his property and our return home. Going from the airport, grocery store (ordered our groceries couple days before our arrival so they were packaged and ready for pickup), ferry dock to North Caicos was easy with zero issues.
