Loved the shuttle to the lifts. Reception didn't pick up the phone when called from the room, but they were always great when you met them face to face

The ladies at the front desk were so great! What you pay for and what you get is amazing, it’s a great place to stay, affordable and very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again, it’s really appreciative that they are trying to break the bank to stay in Whistler! Great place!

Great property that’s quiet and handy to the village. Nice easy walk. Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. Nice extras like fire logs for your suite you can purchase, toboggans, dog poop bags and dog treats which all makes it feel like a nice friendly place to stay! If I was to pick one thing that needs an upgrade that would be the bed. They could use a good upgrade. Other then that I will stay again and thought it was a great property to stay! Absolutely perfect for families and for guests bringing pets.

Walking distance to village. Quiet location so no late night partiers waking you up at 2 am. If you're still at the party age, book something right in the village.

Everyone is very friendly, the room is spacious and clean. They love my dog (too bad my dog is shy). Would love to stay there again next time for sure!!

It was a decent stay for the price. Parking price would be my only complaint. It's just too much. I spend enough money. Enforce a cost elsewhere.

The hotel is in a secluded part of Whistler but still within walking distance of everything. The unit was roomy and contained all of the essentials. Parking is in a covered garage that is locked, The hotel has a decent sized pool and two hot tubs. Our second stay there and we hope to go back..

Tantalus is Fantastic!
My family enjoys staying at the Tantalus when we are at Whistler! The 2 Bedroom suites are spacious and kitchen is handy for a family of 6 + our dog. The location is within Whistler Village and has tennis courts for playing pickleball. Facilities are clean and staff are friendly. We will be back!

1.Unbelieve against the customers - why deposit US 100? 2. I shall tide up the kitchen room - but missing equipment to do it / washing maschine - NO tablets, missing towels - to tide it up. 3. the refeeding of coffee, tea unsificient / one for 3 days is ok?

I have to thank the front desk staff and the maintenance man for helping us out of a crazy situation. We drove into the underground parking and forgot about the travel pod, and it got smashed off the top of the van! Oops! We shoved the pod, with the roof rack bars on, into the back and when we went to leave the next day, couldn’t get the pod back out after a good 30min struggle. The staff had the maintenance man come out with an electrical saw to cut the bars off so we could get the pod out and all go home. The pods name was Bruce, and we will miss him a lot. Bruce was unfortunately left at the resort in the storage garage. RIP Bruce! Thanks for the help! One suggestion would be to put a pre-overheight bar, before the entrance, so no more Pod deaths occur. Thanks again. Hope you found this story entertaining, and it is a true one.
