It is perfectly situated in a central but quiet location, just across from the Marketplace shopping area (Fresh St, coffee, restaurants and more) and a 10-minute walk to the main village. This is also the start of the Village Stroll, the main shopping and dining area of Whistler and where the Whistler Olympic Plaza is located, which hosts skating in the winter as well as several concerts and events throughout the year. The Valley Trail will take you by foot or bicycle to Whistler’s many wonderful lakes, parks, golf courses and hiking trails. THE SPACE This 3-level townhouse is comfortably laid out and fully equipped for entertaining & relaxation. Park your car in a secure, underground parking lot. Use the complex hot tub and the unit\`s fireplace after a long day on the hill. This place is PERFECT for any Whistler vacationer that needs convenience and comfort. No need for a car. Walk to restaurants, liquor stores, shopping, bars, lifts, and MORE! THE LAYOUT As you walk into the home, the front entry has space for you to unload your skis/jackets/gear. Upstairs on the main floor is the open-concept living/kitchen/dining space perfect for entertaining and relaxing, with a cozy living room, gas fireplace, Smart TV and a kitchen that is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Coffee and tea, spices and cooking oil are available for your use. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor, as well as a balcony with a gas BBQ. The third level has 2 bedrooms both with Smart TVs (loaded with streaming apps) and their own bathrooms. The bedding configuration provides flexibility to families and groups of up to 6 people to choose the sleeping arrangements that are most suitable for them: Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed.
