This is not a 3-star hotel. Housekeeping in not included with the room. Parking is not included in the room rate - $15 dollars more a day. The room was SO small that the king bed barely fit. The furniture was old, the lamps were cheap and very old, and the bedding, DISGUSTING. You would never sleep on anything this shabby in your own home. Inside the comforter was a dried substance that looked to be ketchup; let’s hope that’s all it was, because it took 3 phone calls and more than 18 hours before Erin, the manager, could manage to get housekeeping to change the bedding. We had immediately asked for a new room, but Erin informed us there was nothing else and did NOTHING to rectify the problem. She just asked if it was truly a dried substance or just a stain. Now you know where their standards are.
We are very disappointed with whom we purchased the accommodations, for advertising this room as a 3-star and even more disappointed with the property managers, whom we have booked with several times in Colorado. They have both lowered their standards.
The one positive point with the lodging is that the shuttle station is directly across the street.
