This entire townhouse is set up for both adventure and downtime, with an open-concept layout, hardwood floors, and a comfortable lounge area for relaxing after skiing or exploring nearby trails. The secondary bedroom features a bunk bed, an additional office nook, and shared balcony access with the living room. A second bathroom offers a glass-enclosed shower.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Other Things to Note:

• Air conditioning. There is no air conditioning in the unit. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.

• No bike storage is available inside the home. Bikes may be stored in the shared underground parkade using your own bike lock. As this is a shared space, it is not recommended for storing high-value bikes. Please contact our team for homes with secure bike storage options.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Gleneagles complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
