"This hotel is under appreciated based on some of the reviews. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The mattress appeared to be brand new and was very comfortable. My only wish was for a coffee maker in the room. But coffee was offered in the lobby. I travel to Monett a few times each year and am happy to know there is a nice clean and inexpensive place to stay. I will definitely stay here again. "

"This cabin was exactly like the pictures! There was great communication with the host and everything was so well done. My kids loved the cabin so much they were asking if we could live there lol! The only tip I can think of is making the cabin number visible from the road, we got there at night in the rain and we weren’t sure if we were in the right place or not but other than that, I have no notes! Thanks for a wonderful weekend with my family! We hope to be able to stay again!"

"Watch out because using 3rd party sites will give you crappy rooms. This was the first time we used Expedia. I’m not impressed, they booked us in a handicap room and the room was damp and musty. They had moisture control boxes in the corners of the room. We made them change our room. The room we got the 2nd time was better. Do Better people!!!!"

"Property was comfortable once the AC was turned on. The stinky plug in things were objectionable to us as we are fragrance sensitive. We could do without those. All in all we had a pleasant stay. There were no instructions or booklet from the host, so we were left wondering what to do with the linens, etc. Also, no cell service, which would have been nice to know in advance. No instructions on connecting to the internet, so we old geazers had to get down on the floor to read the information on the router. The host was there when we arrived and seemed to be a very pleasant young man who later checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. The only real hole was the lack of an information packet."

"While the staff was very friendly and helpful my room had some remnants of past guests, for example a Doritos chip left tucked up near the bed frame and the morning breakfast was quite sad to look at. But in grateful that this place exist because it wasn’t the place I came down for I came to visit my boyfriend which I plan to do often and if it wasn’t for this place I didn’t really have another option so thank you Four Seasons I will return soon! "

"The outside of the property was very under managed. Everything‘s overgrown had been mowed yet and this is April outside. Seating was covered. Had to sweep the porch to keep from tracking stuff in. Lotta stairs missed that in the pictures."
