The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. « This small apartment has everything you need to live in the Denver area for a few days. It is quiet, well-maintained and secure. There are many places to enjoy a great meal in the DTC neighborhood, and it is close to Cherry Creek Park. We used the space as a base camp, to travel back and forth to visit family in east Aurora. « I never received any check in instructions and ended up having to send a message to the host an hour before check in to ask for details including the location. The main reason I chose this place was because I wanted to hang out and relax in the back yard with the firepit. When I arrived, I found there was no propane tank for the fire pit and no wood for the chiminea.Not a great location, either, but it was clean and the hot tub was nice. »
