"Our room smelled like a wet dog upon arrival. My husband talked with the staff and nothing was done. Many of the guests had MULTIPLE cats with them. We have stayed at this hotel many times and it has always been our first choice when staying in the area, but after this experience, we will be staying elsewhere."

"We had an okay stay till the hotel charged us extra due to them messing up the charges upon check in. Instead of them calling Hotels.com and rectifying their mistake with them. They charged my card for incidentals and then asked me to call Hotels.com and get reimbursed for it. So I had to take time out of my vacation to go do their mess, and that was not a quick phone call. The breakfast was mediocre, not a whole lot of healthy choices to choose from. The pool was nasty so I got the net and cleaned it so the kids could swim. The hotel needs maintenance badly. The entry way and the floors were nice. Showers, sinks, and walls need some TLC. We will not be back here. Will try one of the other hotels in town next time."
