"Clean comfy and decent sized rooms, breakfast was good, the area is quiet. Nice views from the main rooms but a view of the kitchens and bins at the back for us, hence the dropped star, and that stopped it being value for money for us.

"Hotel run by a lovely friendly couple, room was well equipped and comfortable larger than usual hotel rooms very convenient to walk into the town centre. Would stay here again "
"We stayed here for two nights whilst attending an event locally and it was excellent, we particularly liked the availability of fresh milk and cold water at the end of the corridor. We also ate in the restaurant on two evenings and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay there again!"
