« Value for money hotel. Fixtures and fittings are tired but the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Great value cooked breakfast for £7. Road a bit noisy. We were able to leave our car behind the building for the day which was great. If stairs are an issue/heavy luggage pays to be aware you might have a few flights of steps to climb depending on your room! Staff very helpful and friendly. »

« Very reasonable price but we struggled to find horizontal surfaces on which to place phones, wallets and glasses. A couple of small shelves here and there would be greatly appreciated. Likewise, in the absence of wardrobes, options to hang clothes were limited; a few coat hooks on the walls would be a great improvement and take the pressure off the rack on the door. Really enjoyed the Starbeck location. The regular buses to both Harrogate and Knaresborough were wonderful and the train was...

« We stayed in room 7, adequate for what we needed for two nights but the en-suite was quite small.There are quite a lot of stairs up to the room, we also had a problem getting into the property as the electronic locks did not work as described.We received a message saying to use the last four digits of our phone number,this did not work!On the message the numbers were different to my number and this was where the confusion started. I had to call the agent for access and they said try the number...

« Great apartment and location. We were at the front of the building on a Saturday night, so it was very loud until the early hours with people going to Mcdonalds (directly opposite) after their night out. This was ok for us but maybe not others. »
