"The service here was outstanding! We were just traveling through, stayed one night, but the lady called to make sure we knew they closed the office, and to see if we would be there before closing. They will arrange a check-in after hours. The place was clean, comfortable, and a fair price for a budget property! "

"Needs some small fixes. We had a blast on the river, playing cornhole, hanging by the fire, and using the game room. However, the foosball table was not there. The owner was so easy to get ahold of and exceptionally helpful. His goat Oreo is a gem"

"We stay in a lot of vacation rentals. This was by far one of our very favorite spots! What a special place. The pictures are accurate, but the feeling of being right on the river, with comfy chairs, candles, wine in a very private and beautiful setting is indescribable. The outdoor shower with lovely soap and shampoo, the heated toilet seat (!), the French press coffee, little refrigerator, even a propane stove is available if you want to cook! My advice is to bring food to eat there because you’re not going to want to leave! Good hiking nearby, too!"

"The house had everything you would need. It was clean and very lovely were great views nice decks toys to play within the river like canoes and paddleboats kayaks. Definitely going to go back. They couldn’t be nicer chicken with the breeze and we all had a great time and yes, they even have a crockpot."

"Had a wonderful trip exploring the Cascades and the Pacific shore as well as the highlight of meeting our newest nephew! The property was very comfortable and clean and greatly enhanced our trip. The view of the hills from the balcony was a wonderful way to enjoy our morning coffee!"

"We did not expect such an amazing July 4th experience in Oakridge OR. The property is spacious and clean. Very private and an amazing river front location. The town of Oakridge is inviting and friendly. Their July 4th celebration is as one of the best fireworks displays I have ever seen. Highly recommend the location and property."
