"Terrible location if you don’t have a rental. Too far to walk to town or the beach and local taxis and Ubers are unfamiliar with its location in the sticks. No restaurants nearby. This is an eco lodge, meaning, no air conditioning, and boy will you miss hit. You will boil alive in your room. Staff provided an extra fan, which did little to help."

"The hotel is beautiful and Roberta and Ivo are extreamly wellcomming and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of fruit, toast, jam, cake and an egg dish, coffee, tea, orange juice and water. Coffee, tea and water and little very tasty bananas as a snack you can have all day. The rooms are spacious and really beautiful. In your room you can prepare your espresso. Issues we had (and hence 3 stars) are: rooms are very dark, very dim lighting, showers had no hot water half the time and when there was hot water then pressure in shower was very weak, dribble.
