The heating was so loud. We couldn't get slip, and it was so cold when it turned off. Also We stayed 2 nithts, and we heard fire arlam 3 times.

The property was very clean- the beds and pillows were comfy. These are my issues: very noisy- like sleeping in a canvas tent next to a highway. We were unaware there was a unit above ours until after we were asleep and the guests arrived. Wood flooring was not a good choice with having a unit above. We stayed in unit 1 and 3 times people came to our door asking for reception- 1 at midnight. We were on vacation too, not customer service- although I did direct them to call the # listed in the email. The door didn’t have a seal around it and we took a towel to put across the threshold to try to keep cold air out. Advertises Netflix but when it was actively snowing outside didn’t have enough users available to watch. Has 14 units but only 7 parking spaces, 5 if guests have large SUVs. We parked in some random unlit parking lot behind the cabins which thankfully nothing happened to the car. Maybe our experience would have been different with a different unit, but for the near $400/ night (with taxes and fees) we paid I have a higher expectation.

Could not access room at check in, someone had to meet us to open our door after code didn’t work. Not nearly as nice as the pictures show. Lastly it’s in an alley in town not a cabin in any sort of wilderness.

Construction with a large backhoe was right against our unit. Also sandbags in the front. It rained one night and the area around our steps was very muddy. Also parking is really tight.

Great room. Comfortable. Within easy walking access to groceries, fuel, and dining places. Responsive staff. Well-appointed room (loved having a decent-sized fridge). Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I'll definitely stay there next time.

The place was cold. One of the 2 vents in the room isn't working and the other one is very noisy (light sleepers will have trouble sleeping). The bathroom's shower curtain was short and the bathroom was wet all the time.

The room had FULL SIZE BEDS! not queen beds as advertised, the tv was not working...the staff came rather fast and fix the problem...bathroom is very, very small...loved that it has coffee mugs, coffee pods and candy...loved that it had wine glasses!!

Very small. The bathroom was small. No fan which created the fire alarm to go off three days in a row …. And the ceiling was dripping water from showering. The place needs to correct this !!! Larger people should Not go there !! Location was sketchy….

The bathroom is not senior friendly, i.e., having to step over bathtub to take a shower. Also, the bathroom was quite small. I did like the access code to enter vice a card key.

This was an interesting property. Overall it was fine for the night but too expensive in my opinion. We traveled with 4 adults and one toddler. The area around it seemed dirty and unappealing but was one of the few options we had. The photos when I booked it gave false advertising as I didn’t realize we would be on a second floor unit that was quite small and not have as much privacy as needed. Also parking was an issue with a small lot. The property isn’t far from the west entrance of Yellowstone which is why we chose it but next time we would just get 2 hotels rooms.

Property was very clean. Make sure you read the email about check-in before you arrive (it will save yourself a lot of confusion). There is no front desk person. Room was comfortable and well -stocked. There is no maid service. Rooms are not all as nice as the ones shown on the website but they were clean and comfortable.

Overall good. Some loose ends to tighten up.
Overall good. A few issues though as below. 1. Loud group outside drinking and talking till past 2am our first night there. With no staff present this is hard to control 2. Two days in a row the smoke alarms went off in our unit at 7am. There was no fire and i saw noone smoking. Not sure what happened but please look into it. 3. 3 rolls of toilet paper for 5 nights with two guests is cutting it a bit close. In addition, more bath linens should be provided for a 5 night stay.

Basic room in good location
Overall, it's a basic room in a good location. It's pretty old so it may appear dirty even though it appeared they painted the rooms recently. The sheets were very obviously dirty when we arrived our first day. They did bring me a new set of sheets within 15 minutes of me pointing it out yet no one offered to change it out for me or even apologize for the issue. Made me wonder what else was not right. Pretty disappointing.

The service was excellent! And the location was fantastic for how close it was to good dining. It also felt like a very safe location. My only complaint is the tight parking options and unpaved overflow parking.
