"When i reservation, it didn't say anything about.visitors. Ws went to visit a friend and she rode with us to get checked in. The guy came out and told us we couldnt have visitor's, that we had to meet them on the street. We even offered to pay more for her.to visit us. He told us no, that we paid for 2 people and no more. That we had to leave and had to call Hotels.com to gwt a refund. Iwouldnt suggest this place to anyone. The people are rude. "

"YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!! We had a great stay. Vince and his wife are very accommodating. The property is amazimg and the view.... Loved watching all the boats on the river. The wildlife like deer, turkey, eagles and more are abundant. We got to sit on the deck and watch 3 baby deer in the morning with my coffee. The golf cart is a must. To get back and forth from the beach with all your stuff. Swimming is not permitted directly behind the house because of the boat ramp. The beach is literally right next to the house. The house is nice, clean and had everything we needed. The main bedroom is nice and the bed is very firm. The other 2 bedroom are on the other side of the house so its private. Living and dining room areas are spacious. My only suggestion is to put curtains or shades on the french door windows to the main bedroom. The frosted glass lets in alot of light. Over all this lake house is a must rent again and again. "

"Very quiet secluded area right on the lake. Cindy our host was excellent and answered all of our questions. While the mobile home is older it was roomy enough for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the lake and scenery around the lake while kayaking and fishing. Great weekend getaway with the family that doesn't break your budget. It's also located half hour drive away from LBL National Park "

"Very charming, quiet retreat. Very cozy, but surprisingly the cabin is bigger than it looks. Lots of attention to detail and great communication. Very cean and well appointed. Great for a family; I can see memories being made here."

"One of the reasons we chose the Chaffin home was due to some of the extra amenities, such as pool table and hot tub. Although we didn't get much of a chance to use the hot tub since it was a heat wave while we were there, we definitely made good use of the rec room and pool table. The home is very cozy but has lots of room. I loved spending time in their sun room in the mornings. And of course, we spent alot of time on the lake. We brought our boat and took advantage of the great dock with a nearby boat ramp. There are alot of steps to the dock, but we just planned well so that we didn't have to make too many trips up and down. Margaret was great about communicating with us and answering our questions. While some vrbo's only have the bare minimum when it comes to supplies, the Chaffins have everything you could possibly need. The last evening we were there it cooled off and we got to sit outside and enjoy the back deck and the sound of all the birds. It was a great stay!"
