"Had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean in the room. Got a great deal for this hotel on hotels.com. Not sure why some of the reviews on this hotel are poor as we had no issues."

"I'm not sure how HDC handled the reservation, but the Orleans automated self-checkin devices couldn't find it. So, I had to wait in line for an actual human to handle things. Once I got through the long line, the human process was smooth and handled professionally. My room was clean and comfortable. I've stayed here before and got exactly what I expected. I really like that the parking isn't a separate change, like the strip hotels. The casino has all of the regular, popular games (like blackjack and craps) as well as some non-standards (like Pai Gow Poker)."
