Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival. "Beeping smoke alarm which we had to sort out ourselves, kitchen door off hinges, toilet seat not fixed properly , bathroom door handle missing I do not expect to have to go searching for the electrical fuse box to turn the smoke alarms on. Location was great for our family party in Digbeth, shower was brilliant, place was clean and was quite decent apart from the issues listed above "
