"Staff was incredibly helpful, kind and personable. Very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were good view and being in the beach great. Really no complaints"

"The property is very old and looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80's. The carpets were extremely dirty as I noticed when I got in the shower that my feet had picked up lint and dirt. I wore socks prior and looked at my socks and they were filthy. The bathroom walls lolked like they had been primed and not even painted or a very terrible paint job. The positive is that it's close to everything."

"View was obstructed. Our view was of the street and the roof. Not of the ocean. We had kids running up and down the halls knocking on our doors ding ding ditching at all hours of the night. Our window shades were all broken and we couldn't close them all all. Despite all of these issues the staff was nice but the room wasn't what we expected"

"Room smelled bad so we had to move rooms in the middle of the night. Staff at check in desk was very helpful in finding us a new room. Pool was very nice but due to weather didn't get to use it. Breakfast waa good! Great location."

"Front desk attendant was not friendly at all - acted as though we were inconveniencing her. Floor and carpet were dirty. Based on this, we decided not to take a chance on eating the breakfast for either of the two mornings during our stay. Front desk told us that there would be no cleaning of our room during our stay and that the maid would give us clean towels - which were never offered."

"Beds were not very comfortable, breakfast was decent. Coffee was not good, and juice was watered down. Also, the parking fee is ridiculous. "
