"The property is absolutely beautiful. The pools on the outside and inside are very nice and clean. The property is well maintained with a staff working diligently around the clock to preserve its beauty. There is a pretty awesome dinner and show sponsored by Le Petite Chef that is very nice and extremely affordable compared to the one in Delhi. The rooms are very nice, I stayed in a suite on the upper floor. Im not personally the biggest fan of Portuguese style, but it was done well. Again, I cant rave enough about how beautiful the property looks. On to the bad. The security will scrutinize the hell out of you. On multiple occasions I would walk by a guard and 5 mins later walk by the same guard and I would get the 3rd degree. I was on the property for 3 nights and I only left once, but I was questioned at least 20 times about if I was actually staying at the hotel. It was as if they were in disbelief. Lastly, a special thanks to the superstar TANAYA. From the second I checked in to the the moment I checked out, she was diligent and a powerhouse with resolving the most complicated and simple situations for me. She went above and beyond and never made me any false promises. I was there for a business trip and I was extremely busy and she took a huge weight off my shoulders. I had a really great experience and it was mainly due to her efforts to organize things. She should be promoted to hotel manager, she is an asset for the hotel! Overall, I give this place a two thumbs up"

"The room was beautiful, with a fantastic ocean view. Service was excellent and the breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of options. Snacks and pina coladas were great at the pool - and the buffet dinner we had in the restaurant downstairs was delicious."

"L’hôtel est magnifique et patrimonial dans le quartier Colaba et face à l’iconique porte de l’Inde. Chambre spacieuse et moderne dans la tour adjacente. Vue à couper le souffle depuis la chambre sur la porte de l’Inde et la mer. Les installations sont au niveau. Seul bémol, des travaux en cours ont causé une panne électrique généralisée ayant duré de 18 à 22 heures le premier soir. Le personnel limité a eu du mal du mal à gérer le trafic des ascenseurs et c’était limite chaotique, les escaliers demeurant interdits. Une meilleure gestion de crise aurait été attendue d’un établissement de ce standing."

"The hotel itself is immaculate. The rooms are clean and climate controlled to perfection. We had a room with a view of India Gate and couldn’t have asked for more. The room was individually furnished and cleaned daily or on request. The en-suite had both a bath and separate shower and was stocked with essentials for your stay. The breakfast was all you could eat of multiple cuisines. Something to suit everyone. Staff were attentive and friendly and there are multiple restaurants to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay"
