The 3/4 bedroom villas are superbly done. Staff is around to help when needed but it takes a long time to respond, on some occassions we had to call front desk multiple times before we got service. "The suite was clean, spacious and equipped with the absolute basics in terms of kitchen bits and bobs. Amazingly there was a top loader washing machine! You could always ask for other items, staff and manager were especially helpful. Useful contacts were all displayed at the reception, taxi, breakfast lunch and dinner available to order. The beech is approx 1 mile and walked to it most days. Good selection of restaurants on the beechfront and along the way, plus shops, wine/beer and pharmacies....

"Ideal stay for morning flights to avoid Mumbai traffic jams. Fridge didn’t work and despite asking for it to be fixed, nobody came. Not a lot of eating places at the airport if you are staying in this hotel, as there is no access allowed inside the terminal building until around 4 hrs before flight next day, so restaurants are limited to the hotel itself or fast food kiosks outside the terminal building. There is a small micro-brewery / cafe on 10th floor foyer outside the terminal blg."
