"We stayed 3 nights while in area fishing Lake Rathbun. Kept our boat at the marina which was only about a 10 minute drive. House was clean, updated, and AC worked great as temps were mid to upper 90’s. Beds were comfortable and property had all the needed amenities. Highly recommend. "

"The property is very well kept up, you get a little family farm feel, we had a great time sitting on the deck watching the fish feeding a couple of friendly cats joind us for just a few minutes. We spent most of our time on lake Rathbun fishing and enjoying the lake life."

"We really enjoyed our vacation! The pool and the pontoon we rented were the best! The house was nice . Struggled with the hot water, the kitchen wasn't really fully stocked. I would have brought things had I known. I hated having to drive to get more supplies, more toilet paper, kleenex, cork screw, more garbage bags. Things that should have come with the rental! We all loved the pool and fire pit. The house was clean and plenty of room."
