"Very friendly and helpful receptionist at the front desk. Quick check-in. Room had strange smell and was in need of some care (peeling/missing wallpaper, grout in floor of bathroom) but was clean and bed was very comfortable. Nice amenities. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. "

"the house and property are marvelous. Some GPS devices will have you pass the house up. as soon as you turn over the bridge the house is the first property on the left. We are coming back again in August. Definitely recommend. "

"Beautiful property right on the lake. Absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was wonderful. The hotel staff was so welcoming and friendly. The only negative feedback we have is the room we selected didn't have a fridge but maybe thats an option for a nicer room but yea that would be my only suggestion put atleast a mini fridge in each room."

BJ quickly responded to my Facebook post about the opening and was very welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend in Evarts! We loved the location to the trails! "We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and full of charm. One of our favorite features was the lovely back porch—perfect for relaxing in the morning with coffee or winding down in the evening.The location was central and convenient, with easy access to nearby lakes and only about two hours from both the Kentucky Horse Park and Natural Bridge State Resort Park. It made for a perfect base for day trips and outdoor adventures.Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!"
