It features a queen bed, a queen futon, AC, new cable tv, WiFi, plus a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, ice maker and microwave. This unit has a patio for outside dining or a common area barbecue picnic area. The location of this gem is its greatest asset. Close to Wells Beach center but tucked in off busy Atlantic Avenue. Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed in unit
