Newly renovated studio condo across the street from Wells Beach. This unit is perfect for 2-3 people. It features a queen bed, a queen futon, AC, new cable tv, Wi-Fi, plus a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, ice maker and microwave. This unit has a patio for outside dining or a common area barbeque picnic area. The location of this gem is its greatest asset. Close to Wells Beach center but tucked in off busy Atlantic Avenue.
