« Arrived late afternoon on a Thursday. Shortly before 9:00 p.m. on Friday, we heard water running in the bathroom and discovered the connector tube that fills the toilet tank was spraying water onto the bathroom floor. After turning off the water to the tank and drying the floor, we phoned the contact number and spoke with someone who said he didn't think he could get anyone until Monday. We waited until Monday afternoon at 12:43 p.m. and called the contact number again. Different person answered...

« The apartment was a bit shabby and the kitchen was not well stocked - no glasses, measuring spoons. The entrance to the mansion had an odd smell and the leaves outside the side door had not been cleared which made it hard to get our suitcases up the ramp. »
