The sweet little balcony offers a great view over to Mnt Victoria. Communication with the property manager was very easy and she was very accommodating and friendly. Great little kitchen for cooking meals; nice view of the city, mountain and a wee peak at the ocean. Sarah, the host, was easy to connect with and we had good communication. It had everything I needed and was nicely positioned to walk (even in the rain) to Massey University and Te Papa and supermarkets. Clean and tidy, a nice washing machine. Nothing wrong. I was relieved when I figured out which was the right place to get the key because it was dark by the time I arrived, and I felt a bit vulnerable, but once that was sorted, everything was really good. ##### Alan L.
