Welcome to your stylish and comfortable Petone escape — a thoughtfully designed studio unit ideal for couples, solo travelers, or business guests. Located on Campbell Terrace, just a short walk from Petone’s vibrant Jackson Street, this contemporary space blends modern design with homely charm for a relaxed and convenient stay.



Inside, the studio features a plush queen-sized bed outfitted with crisp linens and soft pillows, offering a restful night's sleep. The sleeping area is tastefully divided by floor-to-ceiling curtains, providing a sense of privacy and separation from the living space.



The living area is warm and inviting, complete with a cozy two-seater sofa, a flat-screen TV, and stylish décor that makes you feel right at home. A round dining table with two chairs provides the perfect spot to enjoy meals or work remotely.



Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine/dryer combo — everything you need for longer stays or simple in-house dining.

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you've already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us-we're happy to

review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.



🔑 Only one property access key/fob is provided as standard. Additional key/fob must be requested before arrival. A replacement fee of NZD $250 applies for each lost key or fob.
