City Spa Retreat

Welcome to your own private retreat, nestled in the Wadestown suburb close to Wellington city.

This brand new spa guesthouse is fully self contained with bathroom, open plan kitchen, washhouse, lounge with wifi, smart tv, queen bed and for a touch of 5 star living-nestled under cover with skylights, is your own private spa.

Your home away from home is a 5 minute taxi or bus ride or a 30 minute walk to the Wellington CBD and the main sports and event stadiums.

The space
The studio is a seperate self-contained dwelling at the rear of the property. The studio has its own access and outdoor living space with chairs, coffee table and spa pool. The studio's interior design has been carefully thought through so guests have the best and most relaxing experience. You will enjoy the full sized fridge/freezer, hob and full oven, along with the stunningly beautiful and functional granite bench.

If you need to prepare for a big event then you will enjoy the designer bathroom and for your clothes, the fully equiped washhouse. Afterwards, relax with the free WIFI, movies with Netflix of your choice while you relax in the spa. If it’s music you enjoy, feel free to connect your favourite tunes to the bluetooth speaker.

Central heating is available for those cooler months, ensuring the studio is cozy when you arrive and while you stay. We look forward welcoming you to your home away from home.

Guest access
You have the whole space to yourself. The main house at the front has separate access from the Studio. The garage attached to the studio is used for storage only.
