"We came to Basel for a Euro 2025 football game. This apartment was great for getting to/from Basel, with a tram stop a 2min walk from the door. Parking available on site. "The property was exactly as described in the listing. Loved sitting with a glass of wine on the outside patio after a long drive from Italy. Our children found the bunk beds very comfortable and the sofa bed was fine for my husband and I for one night. A great nights sleep and a hot shower before continuing our journey. The caretaker was a true gentleman and assisted us when we struggled to get the key back in the lockbox on check out. The communication with the owner was excellent. "

"A great option for a family stay in Basel. We were travelling from the UK. Could sleep up to 6 comfortably but only one bedroom - with two double beds. Living room had 3 sofa beds - instructions provided to allow them to be flattened. Apartment was clean. Helpful touches were the two Swiss electrical adapters for the Swiss sunken style power outlets (normal round European adapters don’t fit!) as well as a kettle and toaster. "Booked 2 twin rooms but one of the rooms was very small, asked to be moved and this was dealt with without fuss. We didn’t have the Swiss adapter, again, dealt with. One couple had breakfast every morning and said there was great choice and plenty of it. Air conditioning worked perfectly so room was never too hot. Perfect location for wandering the back lanes/shops-in ‘Tourist’ Basel. Tram stop a short walk down the hill. All staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant. Would highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again."
