"We had a great time here, the house was great and the view beautiful. We did get to see dolphins twice which was exciting. We were in town for my nephews graduation and my niece and nephews enjoyed playing on the foosball table. It was a hot and humid week so we spent most of the time in the house so it was nice to have a great view."

"Our family of 8 enjoyed a week on the river. The property was as pictured and reviewed, very well maintained and comfortable. Our host answered all questions, was very informative and ensured our stay was good. The river is beautiful and has a fun, summer vibe. We saw manatee everyday, sometimes at the dock and then several while kayaking. The property is well equipped for fun and relaxation. The only surprise to us was surrounding properties were less than desirable. It was a little disappointing driving in, but once we arrived and got situated, we had a fantastic week!! If you are looking for a place to cool off, relax and solid family time, this is the place for you! "

"What a great place to stay with all the amenities of home and being able to enjoy the beautiful river view from the back porch and yard, paradise for sure. Karen and Alex are excellent hosts and are always available to assist with any questions or issues. Also, it's really cool to see dolphins and manatees swimming in the river. We rented a go boat and that made it a nice way to see the river at a leisurely pace. Can't wait for our next adventure at this river home."

The house had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun-filled stay — from kayaks and paddle boards to cornhole for some friendly competition.We absolutely loved the Margaritaville theme throughout the home; it added such a fun, laid-back vibe to our trip. But the real highlight was the direct access to the river — it truly doesn’t get better than that. Whether we were paddling out at sunrise or just soaking in the peaceful views, it made our stay unforgettable.We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot!"
