Barendorf liegt ab von jeglicher Einkaufsmöglichkeit, daher ist dieser Ort ohne Auto nicht zu empfehlen. Es gibt fußläufig einen tollen kilometer langen Sandstrand, auch für Hunde sehr gut geeignet. Anbieten von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche wäre gut, da bei 4 Personen schon einiges an Gepäck anfällt. Hier und da gibt es auch in paar Verbesserungsideen wie einen Sessel an der Couch für mehr Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein paar Reparaturen die anfallen würden.
