The space is away from the traffic and noise of Asheville yet very convenient: 12 minute drive to downtown Asheville and 3 minutes to downtown Weaverville. Stores and gas stations are less than a mile away. The space is outfitted with everything you should need. The house runs off of 100% solar energy.
