"The house was so cute and nicely decorated. Communication with the property manager was speedy and she quickly rectified the two issues we had. The location of the house was walking distance to the quaint downtown area and a 10 minute drive to Ft. Leonard Wood. I would most definitely stay here again if I happen to come back to this area."

"For our larger than normal family, the place was roomy and the description was spot on. Bad weather came in early one morning and when we returned from Fort Leonard Wood some trim fell off. I contacted the manager and sent photos. She responded in under 10 minutes. Would use again if I find myself in the area. "

"Property is conveniently located to everywhere in Waynesville and Fort Leonardwood. It was a safe neighborhood. Upon check-in, we realized the air-conditioning was not working, the host immediately responded and within one hour maintenance was there and had the air conditioning fixed! The home is very well stocked with extra blankets, pillows, dishes, pots, and pans. There are spices available, which was nice. I would definitely stay here again. Very reasonably priced for an excellent stay! "

"The yard is fenced, which is great. The steps to the back yard are steep though and the gate is hard to open and close, so be mindful of that. The house was very cozy and accommodating. Plenty of room and towels. The washer and dryer are a huge bonus. As are the thick blackout style curtains. Hosts are amazing at communicating and accommodating requests/questions. Front door is a bit tricky as its off hinge a bit. "

"This house is cozy, clean, offers a pool table and football table in the basement. Everything was sparkling clean and felt comfortable. We had traveled in for an Army graduation so only needed a place to rest. This home offered exactly what we needed. I would recommend it to anyone!"
