"Paradise Cove property and crew are absolutely top notch. It was our first time in Fiji and we will surely return. We arrived by boat and returned by heli. Both fun experiences. If you are getting on the boat after a ling flight get a ticked to the Captain’s Lounge where you’ll find couch seating more easily to get some sleep. Reception had our room ready as soon as we arrived (11am) which is such a nice touch after a long flight from US. The Donu(?) (japanese themed) restaurant is top notch. Omakase is a 5-start experience, did not expect it to be so good. We visited with kids and they found plenty to do. Recommend the night snorkeling activity (for grownups). "

"If you've done your homework and you know what to expect when you arrive, this place is excellent for a few days away. The staff are so friendly and helpful - they get to know you by name almost immediately. For a place with dozens of people coming and going every week, that's a really nice touch, so thank you Rosa, Mika, Ropate, Taveki, Save, and so many more. We stayed in the beachfront villa so I can't speak to the quality of other accommodations, but we were happy with the room. The shower was open to the sky but we didn't have problems with bugs in the room or anything. Just keep the door closed most of the time. Being able to sit in a beach hammock and watch the sunrise was fantastic. The main guest lounge near the beach has drinks and snacks, along with easy access to the dive shop, activity bure, and plenty of places to relax. The quality of the meals was one of our favourite things of all, and we always left the dining area feeling satisfied. Some things to note (not bad things, just good to know): - not all drinks are included with the meal plan. Water is drinkable around the resort and morning coffee/juice up in the dining area is free, but everything else ranges from $6.50-$25 depending on what you get. - the resort is built onto a hillside, so you'll be climbing up and down some paths and stairs a few times every day. - you can get cell data on site with a Fiji e-SIM. Overall we loved it. Go to disconnect, relax, eat well, and enjoy the sea around you. "

"Absolutely amazing beach and location! Stayed for 5 night in points villa #3, what a lovely accommodation! Resort property is charming and well maintained. We did not have any issues and concerns, even it was a bit a construction close to a restaurant and second bar was closed, that did not bother us it all. Great dining options, dinner is a like a cruise ship style with chef's specials and all dishes are well presented. All staff is extremely friendly. Special thanks to all service stuff for keeping our villa spotless, main Chef who was making sure we had a great lobster dinner (ordered separately) experience and guys from dive shop who provided a seamless boat tender transportation and snorkeling trips (I definitely recommend night snorkeling). I will absolutely recommend Octopus resort to my family and friends!"

"We tremendously enjoyed our visit to Tokoriki. The resort is intimate and no detail has been spared. Getting there was not too difficult, but getting off the main island was worthwhile. The food at the resort was very well done, although some of the drinks (especially the blended ones) could be hit or miss depending on who was tending bar. Our only challenge, and truly this is shared to inform other potential guests who may be sensitive to the heat, was the lack of aircon. The resort is open air, with two air conditioned areas (boutique and media room). The bures allegedly are air conditioned but our mini split was unable to bring our bure temp below 82 degrees. We were able to make this work, but it did wear us out over time. The bures ware not well insulated due to their design, and the bathrooms have no fan or airflow whatsoever making them very hot and sticky. They also seem to lack a trap in their sewer lines so there is a small odor in the toilet room. Even with these considerations we would whole heartedly recommend this resort, but would suggest for those really sensitive to the heat to consider coming in a cooler month."

"Loved the staff! They are very caring and make you feel like family :) the marine biologist is super charismatic and passionate about the marine life, and the man that led me for the scuba diving with sharks was so chill and kind as well. Would definitely recommend if looking for an adventure!"
