Excellent location. Breakfast was good. Price gouging for the eclipse was particularly frustrating. I had booked the reservation before the prices went up but when I had to update the dates of the reservation, I was forced to pay 3-4 times the nightly rate.

When we got there, the elevators were broken, so they gave us a room on the first floor close to the lobby. The bathroom toilets did not work because the water would not turn on at all, but it was past midnight and we were very tired so we just stayed in that room even though we had to fill up the toilet with the ice bucket every time we had to go to the bathroom.

Address given sent us to an empty lot. Elevator was broken so had to carry luggage to 2nd floor. Bed was like sleeping on a hard floor. Had to use a rash rag as a plug for the bathtub. Staff was very friendly it was clean.

The property seemed to have been under a renovation. Cons: Pool was closed, elevators weren’t working, shower kept dripping and no bathtub stopper, one light bulb was out in bathroom, tile grout in shower seemed moldy, Pros: location was convenient, price was good, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great!

Nice hotel
The staff were friendly, the room had been cleaned but the tub area looked old and may have had a little mold. The bed I slept in was broken so it wobbled every time we turned over. However overall it was a nice room friendly staff breakfast was good with several choices and the coffee was good a lot better than some we have stayed at. We would stay again. We had car trouble and the staff were able to recommend a place to take our car as well.

Elevator was broken so you had to use the stairs to get to your room . My room was clean looking but there was a dead roach on the floor along with a few interesting stains on the carpet . The bathtub/shower hardware were all lose and would move when you tried to turn on the water . Terrible caulking job as most of it was missing on different areas of the tubb . Breakfast was average , everything was ok , not great, not awful , just meh .

The room could have been a little cleaner. We were charged $5 for ordering extra towels! The handicapped accomodations were no where near suitable. The shower chair had a bent leg of at least 15 degrees. The tub/shower was so tall a person without a handicap could barely step over without having problems. We were placed on a hall with multiple rooms being remodeled. The room stunk, it stunk horribly! I could go on, but I think I have painted you a picture of the inadequacy of the facility. The breakfast was okay. Let's just say we won't be staying there again and we won't be recommending the place to anyone!

Wonderful staff and very well-equipped hotel room! This is exactly what a hotel should be like. Separate area for sleeping /dining/living area with desk and chair. Set up is very spacious. For a family, the kitchen area with a sink, counter, two top cabinets, good size fridge with shelves, microwave and a large cabinet by the fridge, you have everything you need except a sponge and dish soap which we just bought while there. Bathroom is large consession area is also a plus for snack/microwavable meals/drinks. Breakfast from 630-930 is convenient and there are many options for food/drinks. Housekeeping is top notch and friendly. We LOVED our 4 night stay here!!

Staff very nice. We were put in a handicapped room with kids. No tub to give baths! Handicap shower in very bad condition...feels like you're going to fall thru floor in one spot. Felt the price was too high for this room. Beds not sturdy, every time your spouse moves the whole bed riggles terrible. Used washer dryer....clothes still not dry after two run thru cycles. Disappointed.

Book a different hotel! The guy checking us in could not explain the charges on the bill, then started making things up. The first room had a terrible bed. The toilet ran all night long. They moved us into another room the second day. The bed was still terrible, but slightly better than the first. The security U bolt on our door was missing a screw and was lined up incorrectly making the door stick. The only washing machine in the facility did not work, but they still sold us laundry detergent. They would not refund the money for the detergent. The breakfast was the same the entire week we stayed. It consisted of watery eggs, dried out tortillas and sausage links for the hot portion of breakfast. The juice machine only had two out of four running, and the coffee was terrible. The pool had missing tile and the water was very murky and cloudy. They closed the pool the day after we used it, with no explanation. The old lady working the front desk had no customer service skills. During a power outage she sat in the lobby and stared at an elderly couple trying to get into the hotel lobby as the front doors did not open due to the power being out. We manually opened the doors to get into the facility and then the worker finally stood up and talked to everyone, rudely. The hotel was storing some sort of material in the parking lot, in the prime front spots next to the hotel. Overall, the hotel looks tired and it seems like no money is being put into it for upkeep.

Our room had a very musty smell the minute we walked in. The faucet in the shower came out of the wall when touched. The breakfast was sub par compaired to other hotels. We will not stay here again.
