"Rooms were clean and comfortable, location was great. Plenty of convenient parking, staff was kind. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations. Only complaint was how long the water took to get hot, but certainly not a true complaint...it did get hot. Daily housekeeping was good. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again."

"The pool water was clean and the perfect temperature. Same for the whirlpool. Our location was close enough to downtown Southaven and the beaches for a quick trip over to the beach everyday. And the breakfast were delicious the beds were comfortable. All the staff was very amenable and were able to provide everything we needed."

"As our grandson proclaimed this week 'This is my favorite Hotel'. We had a wonderful stay. We love the redesign of the lobby, restaurant, and bar. We ate at Plank's on Friday for lunch, Friday for dinner, and Sunday for brunch. We were able to eat outside for 2 of the meals. Our grandsons loved sitting out eating with the heaters on. The turning basin is beautiful, we enjoyed watching folks fishing out in the basin. We had a golf side room which faces Hole 5. We read about the hole in the book in our room and were fascinated watching folks tee off and play. We usually take a golf view because that is the side the train is on!!! Needless to say our 4 yo grandson loves to hear the train whistle as it approaches and runs out to watch it go by. Everyone is always so accommodating and helpful. The stay here is well worth the cost. It is our happy place in St. Joe area."
